LEM®️ Multitools – Warranty

At LEM®️ Multitools, we don’t rely on vague warranties or marketing claims. Our warranty is straight forward: if you take proper care of your tool, we will stand behind the product.

This is a partnership between the maker and the user.

What is Covered:

LEM®️ Multitools are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Conditions of the warranty:

This warranty applies only if the tool has been:
• Used for its intended purpose
• Properly maintained and cared for
• Not abused, neglected, or misused

What is Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover:
• Use outside of the tool’s intended purpose
• Lack of maintenance or improper care
• Normal wear and tear, consumables, and accessories
• Blunt blades
• Any modifications or alterations to the tool
• Corrosion, rust, or environmental damage
• Damage caused by dirt, contamination, or neglect
• Heat damage, including burnt tools
• Welding or fabrication damage
• Misuse (including using the tool as a hammer)

Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to:
• Consumable products
• Sheaths
• Apparel
• Promotional merchandise

Cost:

A service / courier fee of R165.00 applies. Refurbishing components will be quoted at a minimal fee.

How to Claim:

If your tool has an issue, contact LEM®️ Multitools via the claim form with details of the problem. We will inspect and determine the appropriate resolution.
