At LEM®️ Multitools, we don’t rely on vague warranties or marketing claims. Our VIP Promise is straightforward: if you take proper care of your tool, we will stand behind it.

This is a partnership between the maker and the user.

What is Covered:

LEM®️ Multitools are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

If a defect occurs, contact us and we will assess and resolve the issue in line with this promise.

Conditions of the VIP Promise

This warranty applies only if the tool has been:
• Used for its intended purpose
• Properly maintained and cared for
• Not abused, neglected, or misused

What is Not Covered:

The VIP Promise does not cover:
• Use outside of the tool’s intended purpose
• Lack of maintenance or improper care
• Normal wear and tear, consumables, and accessories
• Blunt blades
• Any modifications or alterations to the tool
• Corrosion, rust, or environmental damage
• Damage caused by dirt, contamination, or neglect
• Heat damage, including burnt tools
• Welding or fabrication damage
• Misuse (including using the tool as a hammer)

Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to:
• Consumable products
• Sheaths
• Apparel
• Promotional merchandise

How to Claim:

If your tool has an issue, contact LEM®️ Multitools via the claim form with details of the problem. We will inspect and determine the appropriate resolution.
